   Proposal Description:
   There is a great amount of research surrounding the notion of patients with depression and their higher incidence rate of transition from MCI (mild cognitive impairment) to AD (Alzheimer's disease) with regards to biomarkers, APOE, etc. However, I plan to look for differences in behavioral presentation and manifestation of depression in clinically depressed individuals who present with MCI and transition to AD, and clinically depressed individuals who present with no cognitive impairment.
